Does Orion Leasing allow pets in College Station? Since animals can sometimes be, well, animals, we require you to sign a pet agreement and collect a $500 pet deposit prior to move-in, or when you bring your new best friend home. $300 of that deposit is non-refundable. When you leave, if the house smells and looks like there was never a pet there, we will give you $200 back. There are certain pets and breeds that we cannot accept due to their agressive nature or animals under the age of one for their typically messy nature. Unforunately, no pets are allowed at this time.
